Snoozing hides a task until later. The due date below is when it is actually due.
Leave blank to show it straight away. A task can appear Tuesday and be due Friday.
The 31st falls back to the last day in shorter months.
Saving turns this into a repeating task — the one on your list now is replaced by the repeat.
High-priority tasks always sit at the top, whichever sort you pick.
Free text on purpose — this is not an account balance.
Completing it creates a reward waiting for your approval — checking a box never pays out on its own.
Goals award automatically — a streak can't be faked in one tap.
A shared to-do list for the family. Your tasks are yours and travel with you, but anyone in the group can see your list and add to it — so a job can be handed over without a conversation about it.
Tap the round + at the bottom. A title is all you need; the priority, a schedule and steps are there if you want them.
To put a task on somebody else’s list, tap their circle in the row at the top first.
Everything about when lives behind the Schedule button, and the button says the current answer so you rarely have to open it.
Due is when it has to be done — it goes red when that passes. Appears on hides a task until a future day, for something you do not want to look at yet. Repeat makes it come back: daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly, or every so many days. Snooze just pushes it out of sight for now.
A repeating task only ever shows one occurrence at a time, so a week away does not come back to a week of it. Anything missed is recorded as skipped rather than piling up.
Tap the box. What happens next is your choice in Settings: it can stay crossed out, collapse into a Completed section, or disappear. Either way it is in History.
Tap a task to open its details — notes, steps, timing, and small buttons to edit, reschedule, skip, remove or delete it. The title edits right there, and the flag sets high priority.
Swipe a task right to snooze it until tomorrow morning. There is an Undo.
A task can have steps, which tick off inside the task on the list — useful for the kind of job that is really five small ones. Add them from the details sheet.
The sliders at the top right open View, where the order is chosen: agenda, oldest first, due date, newest first, or A – Z. Agenda is the due-date order with headings — Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This week, Later, Someday — which is the one to use when you want to know what today actually looks like.
High-priority tasks sit at the top in every order, in their own block with a coloured edge. Tasks with no date sort to the end, never the top.
Everything else is behind the sliders at the top right, under the sort choices: Scheduled & repeating shows what is scheduled and what repeats, with the next time each one is due; History is everything ever done, searchable, with how you have been doing; then Settings and this page.
A reward can hang off one task or off a goal, like a seven-day streak. Goals pay out on their own; a reward attached to a task waits for somebody to approve it, so a check-off still means something.
The reward itself is whatever you write — “$5”, “picks the film”. It is not money the app keeps track of.
The app keeps your last list on the device, so it opens and reads normally with no connection. New tasks and check-offs you make while offline are held and sent as soon as you are back — they show as not synced yet until then.
Some things do need a connection and say so at the time: editing or deleting a task that has not synced, snoozing, and repeat rules.
